Goan Beaches
A wide range of choice in beaches 105 kms of Konkan coast stretches across the state of Goa. The beaches of Sinquerim, Candolim, Calangute, Baga, Anjuna, Vagator, Morjim and Arambol are the beaches that can be covered in the north Goa Circuit and the beaches of Velsao, Majorda, Betalbatim, Colva, Benaulim, Varca, Cavelossim, Mobor and Betul beaches are all interconnected that can be covered in the south Goa circuit.

The swaying palms and shimmering silvery sands stretch giving an enchanting sight. The further north or south one goes the beaches become emptier giving you a feeling of peace and harmony and as evening approaches one can see the beautiful sunset.

Agonda Beach
Agonda beach is a lonely and peaceful beach with the ocean, the palms and casuarinas swaying with the wind and a large hill to the south.
 
Aguada Beach
Aguada Beach is famous for the Aguada fort built by the Portuguese in the year 1612. The fort has a lighthouse and a part of the fort is converted to a jail. Many tourist visit this place which provides a delightful view of the Aguada beach.
 
Anjuna Beach
Anjuna is known for its moonlit or full-moon (acid house) beach parties held for and by young tourists which goes on all night. Anjuna beach comes to life with the flea market held on Wednesday where one can find almost anything.
 
Arambol Beach
Arambol Beach is 50 kms from Panaji. It is a unique beach which is both rocky and a sandy beach. The beach is an uninterrupted and stunning stretch of curving sand is still noticed. It has a sweet water pond right on the shore.
 
Ashwem Beach
Ashwem beach situated south to Arambol is another quiet and an ideal place to relax where one can see vast stretches of sands.
 
Baga Beach
10 kms from Mapusa is the Baga Beach. This beach is less crowed than the Calangute beach. On one side the river flows down offering a division for kids to swim. in it.
 
Benaulim Beach
Forty one kilometres away from Goan capital, Panaji and two kilometres away from the longest beach Colva is Benaulim beach. The beach is a very quiet beach but it gets crowed by evening and on weekends. . The best thing about Goa Benaulim beach is that it is still rather undiscovered by domestic tourists even though.
 
Benavali Beach
Goa Benavali beach is a tiny, relaxed resort known for its picturesque beauty situated few miles South of Goa. The beach has wide spreads of white sands, and the shore is lined with coconut, palm and casuarinas trees.
 
Bogmalo Beach
Goa Bogmalo beach sports a mixture of serenity and commercialism, splashed with simple beauty where one can happily lose oneself. It is a peaceful and the clean blue sea invites you for a swim. It is safe to swim as the sea is calm.
 
Calangute Beach
Calangute is also known as the Queen of Beaches. In a semicircle, under the shade of palm trees basking golden in the glory of sand is the beaches located. It is 15kms from the capital city Panjim.
 
Candolim Beach
One of the longest beaches in the state and amongst the most popular beaches in Goa is the Candolim beach. The Candolim beach in Goa is located quiet close to the Aguada beach. It is about 12kms from the capital city Panjim.
 
Cansaulim Beach
Cansaulim is a famous beach located at about 15kms. from Margao in the Mormugao taluka in south Goa. The beach is incredibly clean and tidy with such a beautiful golden sand. This beach is situated close to the railway station.
 
Carmona Beach
The Carmona beach is situated in the Salcete district of South Goa. There are various kinds of lively entertainments and hotel accommodations at the beach.
